Chelated trace elements are more effective because the chelating molecules protect trace elements against insolubility and are also recognised by plant enzymes (that collect micronutrients and transport to tissues). There is another chelating factor in pH target stability and light sensitivity.

Zn-EDTA is a fertiliser with 15% zinc (Zn), which is bound to an EDTA chelate. Zinc is a building block for the enzymes. Suitable for a pH between 5.0 and 9.0.
Chelated trace elements are more effective because the chelating molecules protect trace elements against insolubility and are also recognised by plant enzymes (that collect micronutrients and transport to tissues). There is another chelating factor in pH target stability and light sensitivity.
Mn-EDTA 13% is a fertiliser in which the element of manganese (Mn) is bound to an EDTA chelate. The element of manganese contributes to photosynthesis, the structure of enzymes and strengthens the plant’s cell walls. Suitable for a pH between 5.0 and 9.0.
Fe-EDTA with 13% iron is a fertiliser in which the element of iron (Fe) is bound to an EDTA chelate.
HEEDTA 4.5% is an iron fertiliser containing HEEDTA chelate. If there is a deficiency of iron in the crop, we recommend that you apply this product through foliar fertilisation. Furthermore, it can also be used for preventive action.
There is a different chelating factor in pH target stability and light sensitivity.
Technically, there is no problem using DTPA 3% iron chelate. DTPA 7 and 11% are fixed forms. The DTPA 7% is the fixed variant on the liquid DTPA 3%, and the STPA 11% is the fixed variant of the liquid DTPA 6%.
