Cover systems

We have several casings to protect stored water in silos against algae growth, evaporation and pollution. We distinguish between silos for indoor or outdoor use. Floating silo cover The woven polypropylene floating silo cover is designed for algae protection and is tailored to the size of each tank. It comes with slots sewn into the material so that PVC or PE pipes can be inserted. This allows the cover to float on the water surface. This is currently the only cover available for larger tanks.

Galvanised roofs
The fully closed galvanised steel roof is designed exclusively for use with our tanks. With the help of a central hub and purlins, the steel cap is extremely strong and very resistant to wind and snow load. The cover prevents algae growth, stops evaporation and acts as a barrier against rain and wind. The internal roof structure also contains a support guard for the floating valve that is adjustable in height.

Outside cover sheet
The woven polypropylene tank cover against algae is adjusted to the size of each tank. It is made of 220 g/m2 material. 5.49 m diameter and above is supplied with a central support post. There is a reinforced top seam on the top edge with a skirt that fits snugly around the top ring of the tank. Due to the strength of the material and fixings, the cover sheet is suitable for outdoor use up to a diameter of 14.63 m.

Floating silo cover

PVC covers
The PVC water tank cover is designed to cover and overlap the top edge of the tank. The heavy-duty, reinforced PVC material prevents algae growth and the penetration of dirt carried by the wind or rainwater. This is a custom-made heavy-duty PVC water tank cover. The lid is available for all tank sizes from 2.74 m to 7.3 m and can be supplied for all tank heights.
Indoor cover sheet The woven polypropylene anti-algae cover for indoors is made-to-measure for the size of each tank. It is designed to stop the growth of algae.
