Botri-Spray

Botri-Spray is a new and innovated biological product for coating and drying of botrytis wounds. It is especially developed against stem botrytis in tomatoes. It is mainly based on vegetable soaps, essential oils and plant extracts. The product creates an environment where pathogenic fungi spores cannot survive nor expand. The infected area will dry out and become hard, while the rest of the plant will recover. Botri-Spray is also available as a gel for better adhesion.

How to use Botri-Spray

  • Do not clean the wound
  • Do not cut-out the infected parts
  • Only remove infected leafs
  • Cover the infected area 2 to 3 centimeter above the wound and 1 centimeter under the wound
  • Cover the wound with an equal layer of the product
  • Let the wound dry
  • After 72 hours the spray or gel will be completely dry
  • Botrytis cannot expand
  • Wound is dry and plant can recover
